RAY GARBER

From Highlands, NJ, Ray has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since July 2021. He has been in the restaurant industry for 24 years. Ray attended Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris, France. He loves spending time with family and friends and making memorable dishes for the guests to enjoy. His favorite menu item is our Coconut Tres Leches.

From Mobile, AL, Samantha has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since August 2021. She has been in the restaurant industry for two years. Samantha attended The University of Alabama and The University of Montevallo. She received the MVP award in 2022. Her favorite menu item is our La Bodeguita.
