"At the Aug. 23 Troy City Council Meeting, the council approved a resolution to enter into a project development agreement for the construction of a Baumhower’s Victory Grille in the city. The project is more than a year in the making and initially came to a stall due to the original developer pulling out. The entire project is an expected $4.6 million capital investment on the part of Baumhower’s of Troy."
